Unfortunately, our customer service team cannot change the shipping address after an order has been placed.
Redirecting your package via the shipping provider
However, you may be able to redirect your package through the selected shipping provider, depending on their policies. Please contact the shipping provider directly, all relevant tracking information can be found in your shipping confirmation email.
Please note that you will not receive the shipping confirmation email until your order has been dispatched. The order must have a tracking number before the carrier can assist you, so you may need to wait until the parcel has been shipped.
Some shipping providers also offer apps where, if you have an account, you may be able to update the address directly in the app.
If delivery fails due to wrong address
If the shipping company cannot deliver the parcel due to an incorrect name, phone number, or address, the package will be returned to us. Once we receive it at our warehouse, you’ll get an automated email, and we will process your refund. Please note that the return process can take up to 14 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
