In order to log in to our return portal and get your return label, you need your order number.
Find your order number
You can usually find your order number in your order confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder in case it’s hiding there.
The order number is a {{10_or_11}}-digit number starting with {{OL_or_9}}. Example: {{ORDER_NUMBER}}.
If you haven’t received a confirmation email, you can also:
Check your order history (if you have an account with us).
Checking the transaction with your payment provider
KLARNA
1. Open your Klarna app or invoice.
2. Look for a section called “Order Details”.
3. Find the field “Merchant ref. #1” this is your order number.
PAYPAL
1. Open the PayPal app or website and locate the transaction for your order.
2. Look for a field called “Merchant Order ID” this is your order number.

If you can’t find your order number in your confirmation email, account, or payment transaction, please contact our Customer Service and have the following details ready to help us locate your order quickly:
- Full name used for the order
- Email address used for the order
- Order date (approximate if needed)
- Payment method and amount paid
