TRACKING:
As soon as your parcel has left our warehouse, you’ll receive an e-mail with a tracking number, so you can follow the parcel until you get it. It may up to 2 working days before the tracking information is available. The tracking can only start once the package has arrived at the sorting facility in your country.

- If you decide to order via DHL's express delivery service, the parcel will be delivered directly to your home within 1-2 working days, between 08:00 and 18:00.
- Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday are usually delivered the following Tuesday.
- We do not offer deliveries on Saturdays.
- Before delivery, DHL will inform you by SMS or email that the order is in transit. In addition, you will receive an SMS or email from DHL informing you of the successful delivery.
- If the courier finds you at home, they will leave a card in your mailbox with all the information you need to pick up your parcel. If the parcel is not collected within 30 days, it will be returned to us automatically. In that case, we will refund the amount paid and send you an email confirming that the refund has been processed.
